All our rooms and entrances use smart locks. You’ll receive a unique code via email, which you can simply enter on the keypad and get in.

Move-out time is at 12:00PM noon. Please be sure to gather all your belongings and leave with wonderful memories.

Weekly light housekeeping is included, with an option for more detailed services for an additional charge. Fresh linens are provided upon arrival, and regular room cleaning is scheduled on a weekly basis. For any special requests, please contact our Community Team.
You will receive the cleaning schedule in your welcome email prior to your move-in date.
Unfortunately, replacing the existing furniture with your own is not permitted. This policy helps us maintain a consistent and welcoming environment for the entire community. If you have specific needs or requests, please feel free to contact our front office.
Check-out time is at 11:00AM. Please make sure to collect all your belongings and leave with wonderful memories.

Water, electricity, gas, and high-speed internet are all included in your rent, so you can enjoy a hassle-free stay.

Yes, our front office can accept and hold deliveries for you. For added convenience, you can also use the secure parcel collection box in front of the property.
Visitors are welcome, but overnight stays by friends are not allowed to ensure privacy and security for everyone.

Only individuals aged 18 and over are permitted to reside in our properties.
As much as we adore our furry friends, pets are not allowed on our premises.
Yes, secure underground parking spaces are available for residents (additional charges may apply.) Free street parking is available nearby, subject to time restrictions.
Bike storage is available. We also offer storage for e-bikes and motorbikes for an additional fee.
Personal appliances are not allowed to be stored in the shared kitchen. This space is intended for communal cooking and should be kept clutter-free.
The paid full-cleaning service includes dusting and wiping all areas, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning the mini-fridge and cabinets, scrubbing bathrooms, window cleaning, making the beds, and providing fresh towels.
